Feature Map
This assignment goes along with the videos in the Leader as Champion Module. Use this template and be prepared to talk about it in our sync session. Don't worry about the axis labels. If you feel a feature is 100% concrete and core (e.g., the actual concrete reef ball from the video), then put that feature in the top right spot. If something is completely abstract and tangential (perhaps the reflectivity of the exterior of an Intel CPU), it would go to the bottom left. Use the middle sections as needed. Place your features (three positive, three negative -- think about the things you mention when you pitch your product, process, or service innovation) on the template. Label the features so I can follow along. Consider color coding positive versus negative. If you have positive features in the lower left, start thinking about how to move them up and to the right.
