Resource Contributions and Q&A: Leader as Organization Designer

Discussion prompt (responses not migrated)

After reviewing the required module material, identify at least one new resource to share with the rest of us. Some examples: a new article, tool, video, GPT, or custom prompt for your favorite genAI.

As an assignment, the resource contributions offer a stop-look-listen moment to see content that I would have included as required if the course were personalized to you. A search on organization structure (for example), honed to your particular needs, will ideally identify one additional piece of content to support you as you learn about the topics. Research on learning shows that personalized content (versus, say, a textbook on innovation) and the ability to select your own material are best for adult learners. I do my best to anticipate your interests, but only you can know what you really need.

No duplications. Feel free to continue with a topic one of your colleagues started (use the threading capability of the discussion), but add an additional resource. Thus, it is important to scan the material that has come in before your submission.

Provide bullet points about why this is a valuable resource given the module's topic, then offer the link. Consider your audience (an aspect of our Leader as Champion topic). Too long and no one will read. Too terse and no one will appreciate the value.

Note the due date. This is to give us all the time to review the contributions before our session together.
